Authorized use
Use NYDH only with systems, endpoints and data you own or are authorized to test. Do not use it to disrupt services, bypass access controls, probe private networks or violate another party’s rights.
Account responsibility
Keep account credentials secure, assign workspace roles carefully and use scoped non-production credentials in saved tests. Workspace owners are responsible for their members and content.
Service limitations
Testing results, AI suggestions and SEO findings require human review. The service can be changed, rate-limited or temporarily unavailable. Export important evidence and maintain your own recovery procedures.
Plans and external services
Published quotas apply to the selected plan. Paid subscriptions are not offered until a billing provider and commercial terms are configured. Email, AI and automation features may depend on third-party services and their terms.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service and delete eligible workspaces or accounts. The operator may restrict abusive or unlawful use. Backup and provider-log retention can continue for limited operational periods.
Operator and legal review is required before these terms are used for public commercial service.
