Information NYDH processes

Account details, workspace membership, saved QA definitions, execution results, API request content, environment variables, SEO audit URLs and AI prompts are processed to provide the service. Session tokens are stored as hashes and delivered through HTTP-only cookies.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide workspace features, execute requested tests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and maintain security. NYDH does not sell personal information.

Service providers

Production may use Vercel for application hosting, Neon for PostgreSQL, Resend for account email and OpenAI when an administrator connects an AI provider. Data sent to an optional provider is limited to the feature being used.

Retention and deletion

Workspace owners can delete workspaces, and users can delete eligible accounts in Settings. Operational backups and provider logs can remain for their configured retention periods. Use scoped test credentials; do not store personal production secrets in environments or test bodies.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion through the service operator. Applicable legal rights depend on your location. This notice should be reviewed by the operator before inviting public users.
